4th of July!

For the 4th of July, Kaylee and I went to Lagoon with Aunt Rene and Uncle Jason and their kids, and Uncle Boone and his cute new family!! We spent the morning riding rides. Then spent the afternoon at Lagoon A Beach! (Note the pretty hair in our pics, haha) and then rode more rides until we could no longer even walk straight! We then went Aunt Rene's house for a barbeque and fireworks. It was a great day! I only have pics of Kaylee riding the "little girl" rides and then my camera died! I am suppose to put on here that Kaylee also rode the "big girl" rides.... Wicked, Spider, Mouse.... and more!!!! She is proud of herself for being tall enough this year!!

Taylor Swift Concert!

The Taylor Swift concert was so much fun! What made it fun for me was seeing Kaylee's reaction! She acted like a little teenager! She knows every song Taylor Swift sings by heart and joined in with her through the whole concert! We also got a really special experience too! Taylor Swift came out onto another stage that put us on the front row. So, while Taylor was singing a song, Kaylee blew her a kiss and Taylor looked right at Kaylee and blew one back(she just spacked her lips together cause she was playing her guitar!!) Then after she got done singing she got off the stage and came over and hugged all the little girls on the front row. So, Kaylee was the third girl to get a big hug from Taylor Swift!!!(No pic cause it all happened to fast) After Taylor walked off, Kaylee looked at me and said, "Mom, her hair smells so good"!!! Kaylee and I made it a girls' night out and spent the night in Salt Lake after the concert... had breakfast in bed the next morning... and went swim suit shopping the next day! I had a blast hanging out with my daughter!!!

Kaylee's 6th Birthday!

Ok... So now I need to play catch up! Kaylee had her 6th birthday in June!! She got to have her cousins over for the day! (Maddie and Megan)We went bowling(cause it rained the whole month of June if you remember) and then had everyone over for cake and ice cream that night. Even her sister Jessica was able to come! Kaylee is 6 turning 20... and for those of you who know her... you know how true that comment REALLY is!!! So, for her birthday Mike and I gave her Taylor Swift concert tickets!!! Spoiled child I know!!!Oh, and she loves Hannah Montana! So that is the cake!!!

Finally Blogging!!!

Ok... I know its been FOREVER!!!! But hopefully I can keep up now that my computer has no more viruses.... and I have faster Internet!! Had to show this cute pic of me and my friend Tara. It was taken while we were flying to California. Don't worry! Went to Cali a long time ago but thought this was a cute pic of the two of us!!! We had a blast together.... We always do!!!

Kaylee's School Opera

On Thursday night, Kaylee's school class put on an opera! The opera was called "What is that Terrible Noise?" The class members had to try out for each part. Kaylee was chosen to be a bear! And she loved it. Kaylee really enjoys singing and so this was her "cup of tea". I think if Kaylee could just sing all day she would be happy the rest of her life. She even sings when she is having a conversation with me. The pic of the three girls are Kaylee and her two friends Adria and Taylia. The last picture is of Kaylee by her picture that she drew.

Easter Break!

So for Spring Break, Kaylee's Dad and step-mom took her to California! It was her first plane ride ever... and she loved it!!! They went to Sea World(Kaylee said this was her fav place), Disney Land, San Diego Zoo, and went to the ocean!!! What a lucky girl to have such a great vacation!!!

She really enjoyed herself and even says she missed Bella more than she missed me!! LOL!

After waiting nearly two weeks for her two front teeth to come out.... Kaylee lost the right front tooth last night after getting home from California. I'm gonna get a more up close picture than this one when she gets home from school! She has the cutest little smile now... just like a little "hill billy"!!! She was excited for the tooth fairy to bring her money to her!!!
